Hawking said there are very few catastrophic events in life that can be more overwhelming than losing a spouse, a parent or a child. Because of my NLP background, I used my tools and I had many that enabled me to cope. But truthfully, it wasn’t the final solution.

Through my broken heart, I had a deep need to feel connected to my husband, and he was dead.

I had been a spiritual learner for decades, but I took a deep dive into and explored the spiritual nature of the universe. And I leaned into connection, because it helped me heal.

I had had a near death experience at 27. I had already been to the other side. I had a deep belief that this is not the end, rather we move on without a physical body. But that didn’t help me..

Mother Teresa once said, we suffer because we have forgotten our connection. And we each have our own beliefs, spiritual, or religious, lean in.
